Throughout the pre-production planning process, you will have a dedicated Executive Producer and Production Manager assigned to your project. You’ll work in tandem with these two to successfully pre-produce and plan your upcoming shoot.

Production Planning & Scheduling.

We’ll oversee all pre-production planning, prep, budgeting, and scheduling for your upcoming shoot. Our team will take the lead on all production-related tasks, meetings, and responsibilities so you can focus on the other creative aspects of the big day.

Talent & Crew Acquisition.

We’ll manage the crew and talent acquisition for your shoot including supervising negotiations, contracting, and scheduling for all those involved in your shoot day.

Location Scouting.

Not sure where to host your production shoot? We can assist and help find the perfect shooting location(s) to help creatively tell your brand story and elevate your shoot. Available in most major cities.

Equipment & Prop Rental Management.

Making sure that every department has what they need to execute their tasks on set is crucial. Our team will set up and arrange all of your camera and lighting equipment needs by working with your crew to define a thorough and flexible list. We can also arrange for on-site prop use.

Production Insurance.

Most production shoots will require formal and vetted production insurance, we’ve got you covered. Every production shoot we produce will have all the necessary insurance coverage.
